Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 40460 platform. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. 40460 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account access being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs on your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a 40460 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are prohibited from:

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and in serious cases, legal proceedings.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 40460 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available payment methods include local online banking options approved by 40460 from time to time. 40460 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment service provider.
Processed deposits cannot be reversed except under circumstances determined by 40460. All withdrawal requests are subject to the prescribed identity verification process. 40460 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or if the withdrawal does not meet the minimum requirements.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate and registered under their own name. 40460 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any losses resulting from incorrect details are the sole responsibility of the user.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
40460 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform. The platform is provided "as is" and 40460 makes no warranties regarding its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. 40460's maximum liability is limited to the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content, design, logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and software found on the 40460 platform are the exclusive property of 40460 and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent from 40460.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
40460 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, suspicious activity, attempted fraud, or for operational reasons. Suspended accounts are subject to internal investigation before any final decision is made. Any remaining balance in the account is subject to review and may be withheld during the investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 40460 support and submitting a written request. Any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
40460 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Bahasa Melayu is the official language used in all legal documents relating to the 40460 platform.
